Taking advantage of the OptiContrast panel, reflections can be reduced and a seamlessly black surface will be created when the phone is turned off.
The phone comes with 8GB of internal storage and expandable with a micro SD memory card slot. It also features a one-touch function that uses Near Field Communication (NFC) technology to pair the phone to other NFC-enabled devices, such as speakers, headphones and televisions, by simply touching the phone to the device.
According to Sony, the Xperia ZR will go on sale in Q2, but the precise availability is yet to reveal.
