Get ready, folks, because something big this way comes.
Samsung has started to send out invitations to an event taking place on September 3, just a couple of days before IFA 2014 kicks off in Berlin. As usual, there’s no mention of what exactly Samsung has planned for its next big Unpacked gathering.
The good news is that it’s not terribly difficult to guess what Samsung’s got in store for its upcoming shindig. The company has introduced its three Galaxy Note smartphones at or right before IFA the past few years, and a Samsung exec recently said that his company has a device with a large display coming soon. When you combine those details with this invitation, it seems likely that the Galaxy Note 4’s debut is just one month out.
The specs of the Galaxy Note 4 have already made their way to the Internet, though the actual pictures of the device are yet to leak. The phablet will sport a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with QHD resolution, 3GB of RAM, a Snapdragon 805 or Exynos 5433 processor, a 16MP rear camera with OIS, a fingerprint sensor, heart rate monitor and even a UV sensor.
As usual, this September is shaping up to be a memorable month. Are you looking forward to see what Samsung unveils with the Galaxy Note 4?
