One of the best smartphones of the year, the HTC One was officially launched in Malaysia yesterday. The launch event was taking place in Tropicana City Mall.
The device will be available in two variants, the 32GB and 64GB. The former is priced at RM2,299 and the latter is priced at RM 2,499. The new HTC One will be available with Celcom, Digi, U Mobile, Maxis and all senQ chain stores from early May. However, the phone will only be available with HTC authorized retailers from mid-May onwards.
The HTC One has a sleek aluminium body with zero gap construction, a live home screen that streams all of your favorite content, a photo gallery that comes to life, and dual frontal stereo speakers. To recap on the specs, the device boasts a 4.7″ full HD display with 1920×1080 resolution which translates to 468ppi. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 1.7GHz Quad-Core processor with 2GB of RAM. It comes with a 2.1 MP front camera and a 4 ultrapixel rear camera. The phone features a 2300 mAh battery.
