ezyCourier makes it’s debut in Malaysia IT Fair @ Mid Valley Exhibition Centre

KUALA LUMPUR, 08 April 2016 – The proverbial “new kid on block” in the Malaysian courier industry, ezyCourier Malaysia debuts today, launched by MCMC’s Chief Officer of Communication, Digital Services and Standards, Dato’ Mohd Ali Hanafiah Mohd Yunus, and Director of ezyCourier Malaysia, John Gun at the Malaysia IT Fair 2016 held at the MidValley Exhibition Centre.

ezyCourier Malaysia is the country’s newest courier company to be given a courier license by MCMC, joining the other 100 courier operators who have operated to date.

In line with our connected lifestyle today, ezyCourier Malaysia provides express delivery services via the use of a “mobile app.” Due to businesses conducted online, resulting in the increasing demand of items to be delivered to the customers, ezyCourier Malaysia entered the market to introduce a low cost peer to peer parcel courier service that integrates the need of parcel delivery and at the same time satisfying the need of individuals to make part time or full time earnings. ezyCourier Malaysia agents are not limited to commute via cars and motorcycles but also via cycling or walking.

In his speech, Gun said, ezyCourier service allows busy users a new means to efficiently send the items they want delivered, or to receive the items that they have bought online. “We are committed to provide a quality delivery service to the mass,” said Gun.

Dato’ Mohd. Ali meanwhile remarked, “MCMC is encouraging industry players, including major postal and courier operators to better support the needs of e-commerce community by releasing some of their Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for a more flexible method of transmitting real-time fulfilment data to improve merchant and consumer experience. With more APIs available, the e-commerce economy will be further strengthened and set to grow even faster.”
